Privacy Policy

Introduction

ARVHQ ("we", "us") provides an ARV calculator and comparable-sales ("comps") analysis tool for real estate investors at arvhq.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information — the email address (and, if you sign in with Google, basic profile info from Google) you provide when creating an account.
• Property search input — the property addresses and search parameters you enter to run an ARV/comps report. We send this address data to our data provider, RentCast, to retrieve comparable sales and valuation data. We do not sell this search data.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and report credits consumed, used to operate your account and improve the product.
• Payment data — when you purchase a credit pack, payment is processed by Creem, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive confirmation of the payment and the credit pack purchased.
• Device and security data — IP address, browser type, and device type, collected automatically for account security and basic analytics.
• Cookies — a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a Turnstile verification token to prevent automated abuse of the sign-up form. If analytics is enabled on this site, it may also set an analytics cookie.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to: generate the ARV/comps report you request; operate your account and free/paid credit balance; process credit pack purchases; protect the sign-up form from automated abuse; send account-related emails (such as password resets and purchase receipts); and improve the Service.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share the minimum data needed to operate the Service with:

• RentCast — property and comps data lookup.
• Creem — payment processing for credit pack purchases.
• Cloudflare — hosting, bot protection, and email delivery infrastructure.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

AI and Automated Processing

The property addresses and inputs you submit are used, at the time of your request, to generate your ARV/comps report through our data provider and calculation logic. We do not use your account information or property search history to train AI or machine-learning models, whether operated by ARVHQ or a third party. Image Data

ARVHQ does not currently offer an image upload or photo analysis feature. We do not collect, store, or process user-submitted images.

Data Retention

We retain account and search data for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward for legal, security, and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see Contact below.

Your Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@arvhq.com. You can also delete your account from your account settings.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

ARVHQ is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
